Abstract The voltage problem caused by a large number of distributed generation in distribution network is becoming more and obvious. Energy storage system has flexible four quadrant power regulation ability, which an effective means management network. In the energy location selection active network, weight coefficient method considering load growth direction proposed to solve that TOPSIS (the Technique for Order Preference Similarity Ideal Solution) difficult select coefficient. Combined with / reactive sensitivity matrix, comprehensive index established. Then, between two nodes traditional single time period improved, offset factor added establish timing voltage. indicator can be applied even if size changes. example results show this fully considers various characteristics reasonable than method.
